This leather top handle doctor bag features 5 pockets.

The main opening features 2 big separate zipper compartments, with a cell phone pocket on the inside.

The front 2 pockets have extended zipper pulls for easy access. The back pocket is perfect for keys and other easy access stuff.

It features black and white hand painted skulls,patches and detailing, safety pins, silver studs and even studs on the bottom, you're gonna have to set this bag down somewhere not so great at some point, and the studded bottom feet will keep it slightly off the ground for ya.
