Love it! The chain was initially a few links too long for my wrist, but customer service walked me through a simple way to DIY remove the links to custom size it (they also offered to do it themselves if I didn’t think I was capable but all you really need is 2 pairs of pliers and it’s pretty easy. Plus I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of an exchange). This is the second jewelry piece I’ve bought from this store and I’ve been extremely satisfied with both items- would purchase again!
